We want you to love your Pilgrim jewellery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are unworn and remain in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the jewellery in its original Pilgrim box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
